Steam powered R/C..?!? some neat builds I found

Talk about your custom made one-of-a-kind builds, and also off-beat R/C stuff that you just don't see everyday.

Steam powered R/C..?!? some neat builds I found

Post by andymac0035 » Fri Oct 20, 2017 2:30 am

I saw this in facebook the other day...... amazing work this guy did.

Then after finding it on youtube... I spotted this one. Looks like it's based on a Tamiya Juggernaut.

Are you sure it's the Jugg and not the Mammoth (quarry dump truck)? I like this one better than the tryke
I used to think I was indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.

I have no idea. I wondered when I saw the tires, but the 4-link had me thinking juggernaut. They are probably related (?).

The truck does look cooler I guess, but that way you can see stuff better on the trike is cool, and it has a Mad Max look to it that I really like.

Great setup. Fun to see people being innovative.

It's not WHAT toys you play with, but that you play with toys at all that is important.

This is so absolutely ridiculous that it is awesome! On a similar vein, CrabFu has built some steam mutants similar to this in the past.
One of them was a steam powered 6x6 based on the TLT-1...
