Slipper parts still not here.... but took the Bigfoot King for a bash. This has become one of my favourite trucks.

I haven't been 'Clodding' for a while but I did paint up this body a couple of months ago. I was going to put it on my Remo truck, but I think I will keep it for the Bigfoot King as a second body.

Bit of an update on the Kings. I actually have 4 of these, not three.

#1 is the 'Fast King' brushless with Bigfoot body
#2 is the 'Crawler King'
#3 is the yellow Wheely King
#4 is the green Wheely King

I have been mainly crawling the last couple of years so I converted the Yellow WK into a crawler as well. This was pretty easy as I had all of the parts t do this anyway. While I was at it I fabbed up a front servo mount. I made it out of 3mm aluminium plate using a jigsaw and a couple of hand files. It's certainly not perfect, but it works  .

I used 15mm wheel spaces and Wraith wheels/tyres. It has my old favourite Hobbyking brushed esc with drag brake. The spur is 32p 60T and a 10T pinion and 55T motor.

I cut the battery box so I could use my super shorty lipo packs. I use these for racing my buggy, but they are awesome for crawlers too due to their small size and low weight. I drilled holes in the top of the battery box so the bullet connectors off the esc can pass through into the battery. With the battery in this location the CK is less prone to tipping over backwards.

I fabbed up a battery stay out of a WK body post and a couple of clips. This holds the battery into the tray.

The body is an olf Ground Pounder body that I had. I really like this body and it fits the CK well.

Also fabbed up the same servo mount for the original CK.

Nice updates! I keep telling myself that I need to find a CK/WK to tinker on. I thing with the new MT 2.2 wheels and tires out there these trucks would benefit! I really hope HPI makes a come back.

Hey Jeff, I really like them, especially how you can convert from MT to Crawler and vice versa. That new MST truck looks good though! I've bought all of these Kings 2nd hand so that's an advantage of these.
