Chassis decisions

Post by wolfden57 » Fri Dec 25, 2015 12:31 am

Just not sure on which to use I just picked up the CPE terminator chassis with links but also considering the red cat Ground pounder chassis with links. I'd be running 18 turn modifieds with 5100nimh. Looking to build a decent all around monster truck.
Any advice or knowledge on which works better, reliable chassis wise.

The Terminator hands down will handle better than the Ground Pounder chassis will as it was designed as a race chassis.

Definitely the Terminator over the GP chassis.

The terminator chassis does look sweet though going to be using a bigfoot body I picked up for it. Thank you for the advice as well!!!!!!

I have a Redcat Groundpounder that I'll likely be looking to sell soon...and even if you were interested...I'd still recommend looking at the Terminator or one of the other chassis that are purpose built for the Clod
