Try using a soldering iron on the heads of the screws you want to remove. Should soften the loctite enough to remove them.

True last chassis i said hell with it and ground heads off and threw cross members out....made new ones and used new cap hardware minus lock tite.

I know. Was too lazy go to barn for that route, by time stripped them cheap tork screws knew was done lol
