Bearing breakdown is as follow to the best of my knowledge:
4 - 5x8 bearings (2 per gear case)
20 - 6x12 bearings (2 each tube, 2 each knuckle, and 2 per gear case)

Getting closer. It's just tacked together right now still. I have the stock gears, and some of the hardware. Waiting on the rest of the hardware to show up, and I still need to order bearings and the shafts that the gears ride on.

I think I may end up going with the aluminum gear cases, too. Just because I like the look and plan to anodize all of the aluminum.

After that, wheels and tires, then I guess electronics.

Lookin top notch man! I too run the same ebay bumper/servo mount and think it's great.

I can't find the right screws for the threaded hole where the servos mount. If you own one, could you tell what they are?

I had the same problem, so I drilled them out and just ran a long enough screw through so I was able to thread a nut on the other side.
