I didn't do that!!! Lol I didn't even get to see that happen!
Anyway! It's almost fixed,, should be running tomorrow if I can hold the soldering iron steady!

Bought the Titan 550s today for my truck,, they were just to cheap to pass up!
I've got the stock silver cans in it now and there is nothing wrong with them either

My question today is???? I'm getting there!

I'm About to buy speed controller for my truck since I robbed my Novak to put in my buddies truck/the garage find!
The evx -2 is looking like my plan! And from what I've read here, I'm guessing a pair of 2s batteries?

I've never run the lipo's so this is new ground for me!

I wanted the 3s but doesn't look like there is any advantage? Any reason to get some other speed controller? The mamba pro looks nice but if 4s is all those Titan 550s will require, and without any advantage to go 3s, I'm kind of stuck! I wanted the 3s for my little max stone as well, but it's going to go brushless when I get around to building it up! Any input would be great!

Edit,, cheap is also an option, if it can be done for less,, I'm interested!!

I guess I'm confused about the connectors on the traxxis speed controller, if I run two 2s batteries, do I get 4s power or just 2s? In other words, are they running in series or parallel?
I didn't realize what kind of batteries I could get! I really only want to run one pack! Instead of two!

2 2s packs on EVX-2 equals 4s power. You can run one pack but you have to jumper the non bec side plug (the plug that doesn't have the tag on it). Running one pack you can choose 2s or 3s.

Thanks! I was t sure when I had seen some 4s packs,, I had just figured it was the was you said! So to run a 3s I can just run one pack. Really 2s-3s/4/s all on one pack,, then 4s or 6 s ,,, or even 8s? Lol. I'm thinking 3 s is enough for me just now! Again thanks!

I'm glad I didn't throw that old body out. That looks killer. Good job.
