new body, covered the links with black straws from harvy's (i got plenty extras too.)

rear servo (futaba 3004) and a lil more tuning on the susp.

question if i run a 2100 nimh battery and a 4100 together. would it do anything harmful to the batteries? im looking to double the voltage. not extend runtime. so i guess in paralel not in series ?

Looks great! I think it looks much cleaner now. You did a fab job. About the batteries, I'm not positive but I think you are correct. But remember, you will be adding weight. I got myself a couple 6800mAh packs and each one gives me at least 45 minutes. Good luck.

2 batteries in parallel double the capacity

2 batteries in series will double the voltage

I would not run 2 different capacity batteries together,
the smaller one will run down first and probably run it too low and damage it.

Yes, but it was the journey to that broken piece which was the reward.

 You should try and get a set of these. You will be able to mount the shocks inbetween instead of on the outside. I think you will have less of a chance of breakage...

ok so in the video im running 2 batts. 7.2 in parallel...they are now hooked up in series with a stock speed control 14 volts in total ( it ballooned the tires with 2 dead batteries, not charged since the pit trip) that wouldn't hurt anything right? the mechanical speed controls are pretty much bullet proof right? should i run the receiver on a separate pack now? 4 double a's?

How warm did your motors get? I would suspect that the resitor is going to burn out but I'm not sure...That seems like a ton of power with just the mechanical speed control.
