I've been working on getting these finished for about 2 years and when I dropped off the parts he said he would have them done in an hour. Here they are. Not the cleanest welds in the world, but 1/8" aluminum, and rock solid. It may be a while before I get one completed, but I figured I would start the thread here. I'll get back here for the dimmensions when I get to a tape, but they are about 15 inches long. As to why I didn't drill everything first, I was worried that they wouldn't be square and the links and such might be off. Planning on possibly three different finished for the sides, Polished, Painted, and swirled.
Updates as they come.

I like the loox of this badboy. it has the look of a Bennett chassis but I'm sure it's like non-bendable and much more heavier? I was actually working on doing Bennett re-pro's but due to low fundage it's far from here. LOL

Aluminum should only be TIG welded. A pain in the but to do. I opted for the no weld chassis and it looks and works great.

Shouldn't have any bending problems with those. Any progress on them yet?

Man that was awhile ago... Have not seen this thread.
An update would be great! Did you clean the welds up with a dremel or something?
