Best body for a Gecko 1?

OR if your posts are too long..and you never plan on using a hard body (most gecko guys dont)....simply measure the width of the Body you plan to use and then measure the width of the body posts (mounted) on the gecko. Subtract and divide by 2. that is how much you can cut off of the stock aluminum pieces to get the body to sit perfectly on the side mounts without warping out a bit.

On my redo of the gecko, i am going to be installing 4 new body posts so that the body will be held in place by 6 posts total....2 for the front....2 for the rear....2 for the sides. That should lock her down pretty tight and provide some really good roll over protection and stability.

Yes you can cut the stock posts, but is the aluminum threaded/drilled that far enough? If not then you have to drill and tap it out.

Maybe I need to remove and see how far it goes. It is kind of a hassle to remove the posts for me.
