Cool pics everyone! Couple of questions...... What size is the battery cut out and how is the battery secured?

Thanks! I answered your question over on RCMT, but just in case you missed it I use a 2S battery that is 25mm x 47mm. I use velcro straps to keep the battery secure.

I guess with the battery and electronics so low on these, they are really stable?

Yes sir, you guessed correctly. Lowering CG will make the platform more stable.

I don't know how wide the kingclod is for sure, I don't have one. I made my chassis between 3.5" and 4" wide. I forget the exact measurement, but its about a half inch narrower than the c-hubs on the axle.

The chassis plates are 1/8" and the crossmembers are 85mm (or 3.346") so outside to outside is 3.596"
Juggernaut 2, Retro chassis Bigfoot, KK-1 Bigfoot 20, CPE Super Stallion, Boyer Digger , Why so serious?? Dark Knight KK-2
