Easy Clod dually

Post by mrgrimm » Wed May 18, 2016 11:52 am

Just messing around with all my spare stuff and found this out - The RC4WD Mud Basher 2.2 tires stretch right over Clod wheels and fit perfectly for a dually setup! The tires are soft so stretching is no problem, and if your are not running crazy power and speed they feel like they don't need gluing or anything, fit pretty tight on there. Size is comparable to stock Clod tire.

Looks great! Will crud get stuck in between the tyres?

Hmm that is a possibility, I'll have to put them on a truck and do some driving to see how things hold up. I ended up using these wheels on another project but I have another set for the new Bullhead I will try this out on.

Maybe a liberal coating of shoe goo? That wuld stop crud getting between them and into the wheel.
