Well I spoke with Beano that has the Mamoet and he said a regular steering servo would be just fine. If you've seen his ride you can't argue wth his logic..hehehe

I like those names as well , but Bertha was the name of my 86 Cherokee that I had once. That truck never let me down

I'm thinking of either the stock Clod motors or possibly a new pair of Magnetic Mayhems I just got on a great deal off ebay.

Hay what is the Chassis made of Alum or Tin are you going to use stock Ladder Bars or will you use Links.The Chassis looks good.Jim

I'm planning on using links. The ladder bars on a truck this nice just wont look right. Give me a couple of days and i'll have the pics with links mounted. BTW the chassis is made of aluminum

I wanted to give her a bit of a different look and i think with the chrome flames , it does just that.. I'll be posting some more pics in a few days as the "Big Bertha" starts to gain some momentum... :lol: .hehehehehe

Well guys, After weeb started pushing his weight around :wink: I figure I would step it up a bit, while I wait for some other parts to arrive. This round cardboard I took from my job and basically cut it in half to give it a more like a flat oval look. For now this is just a prototype of what the actual piece is gonna be. I used some duct tape just to keep it together. Anybody see where i'm going with this??? :shock:

Well guys, if you havent guessed by now then I'll just tell ya...


Big bertha Got GAS!!! :oops: .....She's Gonna be a gas tanker or maybe an oil tanker. not really sure. still gonna see where I go with this. i have seen something similar to this but not with an aluminum tanker, which is what i'm planning
