All that aluminum plays hell with the old AM radios from what I've seen. My Gecko would crap out if I got more than 30 feet from it. I bought a flysky gt3b and I couldn't be happier. Not a glitch yet and I can run it as far as I can see it.

I have a dx3.0 for my other trucks, but I used the Traxxas cuz it had the double channel 1 slots for my 4ws. I know a y -harness is cheap, but buying another Rx and harness was a lot more than just using what I had. I just mounted my rear steer servo upside down and it works nicely, but ultimately I would like to get this truck a Rx and linked up top my dx3.0.
