I think it would. I updated my post above with the KV rating. I can run up to 3s on this but I only use 2s. Just check your temps to make sure the motor and ESC are not over heating. As far as pinion to use you will have to see what other folks are using with their set-ups.

Good stuff to know! Just new to all this new tech and not knowing what a good setup is for single motor with clod tires and a tube chassis.

Depending how much you plan on driving your truck and how much you want to spend on a combo.... I'm running a 4370kv Skyrc leopard "Toro" system in my Boyer truck and it works fine. A lot of guys on here and on rcmt run them in there clods and shaftys, they are hard to beat for the price.

As for your badger/racer I would go with the castle combo for it!

Castle has just got this sale going on and I'd like to take advantage of it. Trying to save anywhere I can. Just not sure what combo what go good in the truck. I'll look into those Jd and for the badger racer what combo do you think would run good from them?

It's hard to beat $65 shipped for a esc and motor combo with the toros systems. As for the basher/racer I would go with the castle 4600kv combo.

Did you ever decide if your truck was going to be a 1/10 scale or if it was going to be 1/8 scale? If it's going to be 1/8 and your using digger axles idk if the toro system would be powerful enough for a truck that big. Also idk anything about the hearing in the digger axles and how they compare to the wraith axles

i look up the toros system... whats a good supplier to get them threw? 4600kv system but which Esc (sorry for my ignorance i'm still learning these new systems)...

also i decided on 1/10th using the new F9 curries. ill have to have an axle made from that center section but it's what i have in-visioned and nobody seems to share the intrest lol. which is fine ill have the only one. diggers were just going to be to big and after talking to John i opted out of using them....

Nice list of parts :) . For brushless combo thats never ending. What cells you plan? Waterproof? . Maybe a low kv so you will have torque, gear up or increase volts for more speed. Its really hard to tell ya what to get as brushless varies on everyone what they like.

It's going to be a beast that is for sure. Will you set it up as a scaler? Or just as a runner without interior details etc?

Thanks, and i'm not sure i would imagine 2s or 3s. just not sure on KV on motors and MAH of batterys. with castle having there big sale going i thought of just getting a SV3 for now untill i get more knowledge on all this stuff. i just want to get one thats going to work well and not produce alot of heat.

And any scale detail i do will be my first but i would like to run the truck and do some scale stuff as well. atleast a motor and interior. ill most likely end up doing a tube chassis mega truck to bash around with. i may race this one.
