Doh :oops: You have told me that more than once! I found some genuine Tamiya aluminium knuckles on Ebay that I am going to try as I am still poppoing front drive shafts. I believe that they are the same as the original plastic ones, without the 'scallops' on them. Should fix the problem.

you can really see how bad the paint finish is here

Update wise it now has tamiya hop-up aluminum hexes in place of the fried plastic ones, aluminum servo mounts from a clod steering kit i believe (the cut down TXT ones were getting hella twisted), and a 20t HPI saturn in place of the 15t firebolt

I too love the look of this truck, but man do I need those wheels. :wink:
