starting my clod pounder
this is what i am starting with.. Quite a nice box of parts.. I also picked up a pounder chassis, new bearings and all gears.

added some summit links 3d printed upper and lower 4 link mounts and a fuel cell just for the heck of it after cleaning the gearbox and all new bearings and gears.

added an axial transmission mount to strengthen up the lower chassis.

coming together pretty easy so far. Just need to play with radio tray a little to not hit upper links and continue on the rear end. Then figure out suspension not sure if I want to try cantilevers from a revo or just go the standard shock set up..

Front and rear gearboxes all mounted up with steering servo mounts and servos as well as the stock steering rods and pounder shocks for now.. Planning on putting traxxas shocks and custom rods.

After more work and forgot to take pics made a lot of progress. Printed beadlock wheels and a radio tray and mounted battery under tray with stock ground pounder battery cups. Installed radio gear, aluminum knuckles,homemade steering links and front servo saver. Electronics are Goolrc 27turn motors,arrma esc,Flysky radio,2s lipo,mg995 servos.
