Kickin it Old School!

Post by cpe mt » Sat Nov 19, 2011 1:04 am

Since the Clod turns 25 this year, why not celebrate by going a little old school? Over the next few weeks, we're going to be introducing a number of old-school Clod accessories. Each is designed to work with the stock Clod body and/or chassis.

In the meantime, check out our existing old-school section for available upgrades for your stock Clodbusters!

This is most awesome to hear!
Guess I will hold off on my next order just a little bit and see what you come up with.

Brett are you going to roll back the prices to what they where 25 years ago.  I well be watching as well.

Don't wait to place those current orders. These new products are still in the design phase, and at a minimum won't be ready until closer to Christmas. When we do make them available, we'll offer free shipping for a limited time to cover any double orders. Thanks!

Question for you Brett:

Old-school 4-link kit: CPE-4LCLOD

Why is it that your site says 4 links are 5" and 4 are 5.25" (upper vs lower links)

BUT

The kit I have from you, as well as the pic on your site, appear to show all 8 pieces being the same length?

Did you change something in the last year or so on that kit?

Typo on my part. All the links are the same length, and I've corrected the wording on the website. Thanks and I apologize for any confusion.

Hey Brett will these old school items be decorative or functional? I was going to order the stock steering upgrade kit. I was looking at the 4link kit for the stock chassis also.

A combination of both. We've actually covered a lot of the functional items already though with our different steering and link kits.

Any chance of seeing swaybar kits for the old-school 4-link?
