I can believe it. :P But seriously, everyone makes mistakes but how can somebody make the mistake of sending that to a customer? I'm guessing the wrong one was grabbed off the bench or something.

:( well i got the new parts and i couldnt belive it there just as messed up as the pair that came with the kit. only they counter sunk the screw holes and they were to small of a hole. couldnt get a 3mm bolt thu it. I well NEVER NEVER buy from ESP again. if this is the kind of crap they sale. should have spent my money on one from CPE. :(

Charlie, I had similar problems when I bougth my zilla 2 a couple years ago. The screws that come with the kit are garbage. I had nuts rip the teeth off the screws when I turned the truck on and checked my steering linkage on the carpet.

I will not even consider any of their products now.

The company has changed gears and they focus primarily on helicopters now. With that being the case Clods aren't their concern any longer. That might be the cause of the parts you received.

I hate to say it, but even 3 years later, ESP's quality is still horrible. Screws are junk and holes don't line up. Out of 8 suspension links only 2 were the same length.
