el Diablo Clodbuster action packed blockbuster video

Post by Danielle C » Tue Apr 29, 2014 10:39 pm

Here's a video I made of a short trash session after work on Saturday. I need to go back out to the lot with a shovel, and construct some better hits.

All fixed.

Off-topic,
You play all those instuments too?.... Or just Bass?
Either way, nice work.

I miss playing sometimes, but not practical where I live now.
You aught to post some of your music stuff up in the chit-chat area.

I now have a drum set, and play drums at church a lot, but back when I recorded it, I programmed the drums with Fruity Loops. I played the bass, and had a friend lay down the guitar parts, and he killed the trippy palm muted arpeggio thing which most people think is a keyboard.

Had to go back and listen for that......
I could see where people would think it might be keyboard.
I know some pretty good stuff can be synthed too. Back when I played (bass at that time) one of the guys had the kit that syththed his strat for sound like whatever he wanted it too. He program it to sound like bells... and then play like that... amazing.
I didn't know you could do that... thought it was a keyboard tool.... learned something new.
Me... I just try and learn stuff by practicing over... and over.... and over.... and... well... you get the idea.
But know I'm pretty much all about what I can build (R/C) and race.

Look forward to seeing more vids after you take the shovel to your play area.

For sure. I'm going to shoot more videos this summer. I need to look over my truck something is glitching in the rear, I only had front wheel drive at the end of the video there. I think I have a short somewhere in the rear motor/esc.

Nice editing on that video! I loved the slow motion and the drift was cool like Andy had pointed out!

Thanks, I only had a couple minutes of half way good footage. It was windy and cold, and I forgot my tool box. Next time I'll get some better shots. I threw it together with Windows Movie Maker pretty quick and easy.

I too use the same for making videos. It is really easy to use, with great results. Now I just need a higher quality video camera.

So, did you ever find out what was causing the glitch?

No, I haven't had time to work on my trucks, I've been busy with paint jobs. Hopefully I'll get to them soon.

Awesome video. Are you holding the battery in your chassis with those rubber bands?
