That is looking great Charlie. How did you assemble the lights? I'd like to ale some that I can increase or decrease the rate that they flash at.

Im out of town untill tuesday. made that video the first part of the week and forgot about it. untill i saw it on my phone. :D

You could easily if you use an old servo convereted into a winch. There are online videos on how to do it.

I saw that but it's the space that is killing me only have less than an inch of space to put it in. Was thinking of under the truck but there isn't any room . If I find a small one that works I might see about it. :D

What about a micro servo? One from a 1/18 mini or even the low profile micro servos for a plane? That might fit under the truck and then have a spool at the base of the cranes to reel in the rope. I mean thread. I mean was it cable? :lol:

Im never going to live that one down well i :lol: Not much room under the truck. im thinking of useing just the motor from a winch. its small but i dont know if it has the power to wind up that CABLE. :lol:

I think it's the CABLE that's messing you up, you might want to try string or rope...... :mrgreen: ...... :lol:
