That was a cool video and your truck with the tracks is unstopable. Nice place to drive around too. Love the bridge you drove under... Must be hard walking with the camera and driving at the same time. Is that a GoPro? Quality is top notch.

Thanks, its taking some getting use to trying to video, walk, and drive the truck at the same time lol. It was filmed with a gopro. The tracks work pretty good at times, but i dont prefer them in the dirt/rocks over tires. The tracks can get fetched up under large rocks or stumps, but the main reason i got them was for the snow.

Yeah, I noticed in your video that the rear tracks were tipped forward so that the front edge was only on the ground. Do you know what causes this? I thought they had some anti roll built into the tracks.

That would be as far as they would roll. I think it was the build up of mud that caused it.

No doubt they are a lot of money, but I really wanted them. They have tweeked the design have a set of EVO tracks available now that reduces the gear reduction.

They still really need an easliy adustable track tension added into the design, I have an idea how to add it to the existing track I just need to sit down and build it.

mark that's a cc-01 chassis right? I want to see more details on that build up, did you have to make your own conversion to fit the mattracks on?

Man that is one sweet ride. :D
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming to the Lord,
"Wow, What a ride!"

Nope, its an SCX10 frame that I made the IFS for. It uses CC01 knuckles, but TL01LA arms, and some other Tamiya parts.

What a sweet rear end. HAHA, never thought I would say that about an RC truck! hehe!

I loved the video, you do some great work Mark. The last few vids are just awesome.
