I ran them in all my trail rigs and they held up great. When you open up the esc case the board is coated in a clear silicone type product.

In that rig I think I had the Hitec high torque metal gear servo, they dont advertise them as waterproof but I have submerged them many times and they kept working, but you shouldn't expect them to last when doing that lol.

I've been trying too find servos that are metal geared, waterproof, and less than $20. Not working out so well. :lol:

You could spray or dip the servo in Plasti Dip to waterproof it, and pack the servo horn mount area with grease or even put a small o-ring on it.

I thought about both of those. I might end up going that route with a couple of the Cpe servos.
