still alive

Post by shagrat69 » Wed Oct 10, 2007 3:43 am

i'm still alive, i'm just off workin in Jamaica again. atleast this place i'm workin in is REALLY cool. i get hooked up right in the shop with "supply's" including the lighter and bed sheets. the owner is cool as shizzle and his entire family kicks but. this is the same company i installed a press for allmost 2 years ago which funded the purchase of my 325I. the people in the shop are all real cool too. they owner and his family do everything possible to make it an enjoyable job. they rented an appartment for us. i'm searchin for an old right hand drive mini cooper to take home this time. i have afew leeds i have to check out but i haven't seen them yet. one leed sofar is spozedly 2 mini's. one with all new parts but a rotted body and another body with it is great shape. both for $5000 jamicain dollars......less then $100 US!!!! and also another leed on one that is a driver. i might just get all of them!! LOL if i do i have to get rid of afew of my toyota trucks to make room  LOL!! well i fixed the internet in the appt. tonight so now i can pop on more. here's some pics cuz this threads useless without them LOL!!

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming to the Lord,
"Wow, What a ride!"

That looks like hard work and good times. Keep the pics coming and if you bring back an extra Mini, I'll come down and get it. That would be a fun winter project.
