Re: Kyosho mad crusher MT

That's absolutely the case with the body, which seems to be the trend these days. The tires received the same treatment as well. They appear to be "inspired" by Mickey Thompson Baja Claws. Also yes, they are on backwards.

Re: Selling many many clods.

First off, how did you acquire such a large and diverse lot of Clods like that?? Second, I cringe when I see people potentially scratching R/C items by putting them on damaging surfaces for no reason to take pictures. #-o At least put cardboard or a towel down or something! :|

Re: Kyosho mad crusher MT

It's cool but it's just a re-bodied Mad Force hence the name. Although they did try to improve the Mad Force's suspension by turning it into a 5-link. I see it comes in an electric version as well.

Re: Where is LG - LOWGEAR???

I'm alive! I'm always at RC10Talk as that's the only R/C place I regularly frequent but I was away for the past 2 1/2 months due to moving. I answered your PM over there. :) I can't believe that I haven't logged in here since last summer! It's not because I don't like you guys, It's just th...

I don't know who made these particular ones but I'm pretty sure JPS and APM only made steel Clod gears.

RadioShack is known for making toy grade R/C knock-offs of popular hobby grade models. They're famous for making ones of the Midnight Pumpkin and Lunch Box.

Re: Clodbuster lovers

The question is what happened to all of these 80's monster trucks? Once and awhile you'll see one pop up for sale on ebay. But you never hear of anyone finding and buying one. I know alot were probably used for parts etc. High up there on the wish list for sure. The good news is theres a museum now...

Hey thanks for the tip. I added them to my watch list. If nothing else it will be interesting to see what they go for.

Its funny to still hear comments from people about their nitro R/C since they are way in the minority these days.

Re: Technacraft Billet wheels f/s on ebay

You guys are missing the point. Its like saying why pay for a real 32 Ford when you can have a replica made now for much less.

Tecnacrafts are the holy grail of R/C wheels and the prices reflect that.

Re: Look what I spotted.......Tamiya king cab stadium truck

Seems a little bit high to me on the prices still.

I've found that many members here are not well versed if its vintage or not a Clod... or much else for that matter. :P :P
