Re: T2........ Judgement Day

Thats what I thought you were saying about the aluminum horn. On my old super I was running all plastic parts as well and only ever broke one knuckle, and it was modded to fit batteries around the outside. Never broke one at the ear while crawling. Here is a pic of the truck SFC K is talking about. ...

Re: T2........ Judgement Day

Why would having aluminum horns cause you to snap the ears off? No adjustable endpoints on the radio? If you are talking about setting it up just for the rocks a narrower taller tire is a better choice. Good luck! No such beast exists that is decent on the rocks without building cut n shut tires. I ...

Re: sidewinder sv3 ?

I have 2 5955tg servos running on SV3s. Previous version of the same servo. It has never caused a brown out, I think thats what you are wondering about. But, the servos are not at max performance obviously since they are not getting 6 volts. I have a castle 10a bec that will go in mine, just been wo...

Re: Hitec X1 or Venom Pro2

I am running 2s 5200s and 2s 5800s in the clods. Value Hobby sells G-Force lipos for very affordable prices, I have 2 of those currently. Have been happy with them. Did have 3 but one puffed badly. May have been age related or due to the fact it was fully submerged in my SCX10 in a pond. The 5800s I...

Re: 3 or 4 channel?

You can do it with a 3 channel if the right esc's are used. I am using Castle SV3s and currently have them on one channel with a splitter. I do have a 4 channel radio capable of mixing but they work fine on one so chose not to mix themon the 4th channel. Running a Futaba 4pl, recommend it if you are...
