what are doing with your clod..ie crawling, bashing..etc and what motors are you useing?
as noted above a mamba max pro is a good choice..if you want to crawl and want dig the novak m2 might be a good choice..only for the built in dig capability..the mamba is far more versitile in all other areas

swamp dogs look cool but not great on the rocks if your planning on this being a crawler or competing in crawling..i run a set of modified panther plowboys on hpi blast wheels..for off the shelf proline moabs work reasonably well..not alot of choice in the superclass crawler market..guys are modifyi...

well the electronics(toy grade) are likey bare minimum quality and specs so ya i think jumping from 9.6 to 11.1..actually 12.6v when fully charged could likley cook stuff and yes lipo,s have alot more available current but current is drawn by what your electronics are asking for not pushed out..its ...

easiest way to get dig is replace the traxxas esc with a novak m2 it will give you dig and drag brake which is essential for crawling

yup been in the same rut..i,ve sold a few items but i hate selling stuff and often regret it so pretty much holding on to my stuff, i,ll get the bug again and you likely will too, and stuff is harder to replace than what you can sell it for usually
