Welcome to the forum. The truck won't turn as tight with the diffs locked just in case you don't know.

Two of them together is 7.5 turns if you set them up in parallel. I use a 19 turn motor on a 21 turn ESC and it runs fine. If you do that then just check the speed control temperature whenever you can.

Yes, you should lock both axle diffs and hot glue will be perfect. Like with a clod, when you lock the diffs it doesn't turn sharp.
