So you can get a bike lisence at 15 there? I enjoy anything that has a motor and wheels, so I must say I would love to ride it and mabye have one. When me and my buddys were 15 we got dirt bikes to get around until we could get car lisences. Unfortunantly in my area in Alabama you would get knocked ...

Breaker atleast you know that you will not have a problem selling the kit if you decide to. I bet keeping one NIB would be nice to since you might decide against building and using it. I wouldn't mind taking one of your hands if you decide to. :D

I breifly had the same thought. I have been waiting a long time for tamiya to come out with a new 3 speed and its just such a nice, fun truck. I decided I dont care that much and I dont want 'the flood" to ruin it for me, so I ordered one anyways. I have decided that it will not be a problem for me....

Just to give everyone a little update. The truck is holding up great and I haven't had to replace a single part yet. The hardened steel suspinsion pins I made are awsome and haven't bent yet. I also have decided that while the Novak SS brushless system is great for a normal pede this larger pede wit...

Re: i scored again

This truck has also had the hinge pin mod done through out the truck! (i dont know what this is? anyone know what this is?) I bet he would be talking about replacing all the cheap screw type hinge pins with the nicer stainless steel e-clip style pins. I did this on my XXL Pede and recently made my ...

Is it 4wd? No stampedes are 2wd. Its time for a rebuild and some nicer tires. Since this is a XXL pede I must have HUGE 2.2" rubber and finally Proline has decided to come out with a 5" tire that fits 2.2". It also in the great Moab tread and rubber. I will def be trying some of these! http://proli...

I also forgot to mention I kept bending the stainless steel e-clip susp pins I was using so I made some hardened steel ones out of 1/8" hardended steel dowel pins cut to length. I hold them in place with set screws. As you can see in the new pics there are no e-clips. Haven't bent one yet, but if I ...

Well guys finished this truck a while back but never got around to posting new pics. Alum towers and Traxxas Alum Big Bores have been added. With more shock mounting positions in the front because of the new towers I decided to put longer shocks in the front. I have Traxxas X-Long shocks in the fron...
