I'm starting to have problems with my regular rooster. I'm running two mag mayhems and 9 tooth pinions. For about a year or more it worked just fine. Now after running for a few minutes, the ESC gets hot and shuts off power to the motors when there is any load on them. I'm going to buy a Tekin Rebel...

Anyone try it yet? I need a new ESC and this one seems to fit the bill perfectly.

I've run both a mag mayhem and a lathe motor in mine, with a 16t pinion. Mag mayhem was awsome! Pretty quick, and unlimited torque! But I had to take it and put it back into my clod. I then put a Integy 55t lathe motor in it. About half the speed, but still the same torque. I do mostly low speed stu...

Kyosho Magnetic Mayhems rock. Plenty of wheel speed, and more than enough torque. I had a lathe motor, and found it to be too slow and not enough torque in my clod with 9t pinions.

Might I suggest Kyosho Magnetic Mayhem motors? I have both, and found the lathe motor with 9t pinions too slow and not enough torque. I swapped back to the Mag's and I have much more wheel speed and better torque.

i have never really seen a H2 in its proper habitat. they are always dropped with huge wheels and street tires. and the look of the H1 is a lot better. i would take a stock H1 over a modded H2 any day The proper habitat for an H2 is on the street. They share absolutely nothing with the H1. An H2 is...
